Morning Group: 7:30 a.m. Shot Gun Start – Golf Scramble

Afternoon Group: 12:30 p.m. Shot Gun Start – Golf Scramble

Price:

Morning Group: $130 for a single golfer/$520 for a foursome.
Includes golf, cart, breakfast, lunch, and participant gift

Afternoon Group: $150 for a single golfer/$600 for a foursome.Includes golf, cart, lunch, dinner and participant gift

6:00PM: Dinner Reception & Awards Ceremony

FORMAT:

​

Tournament will be played in a scramble format with 4-person teams. If you do not enter a team list, you may leave the other members blank on the registration form or email patrickwiesefoundation@gmail.com by August 1st, 2024.
